Parul Chacko

Building salary structures people can actually read.

I work at the intersection of compensation, compliance and clear documentation — turning payroll spreadsheets into structures that hiring managers, finance and new joiners all understand at a glance.

About

Compensation work, done carefully

Most salary breakups fall apart at the edges — a reimbursement that pushes the total past the budget, a statutory component computed on the wrong base, an annexure typed out by hand for every new joiner. My work is about closing those gaps: one balanced model, one repeatable document, and tooling that does the arithmetic so the conversation can stay on the offer itself.

Compensation structuring

CTC breakups that stay balanced across wages, reimbursements, statutory components and deductions.

Annexures at scale

Bulk import a spreadsheet of employees and get one clean annexure file per person.

Payroll-ready detail

PF, ESIC, LWF and gratuity handled the way the payroll workbook expects them.
